    Position Specifications-

    We are looking for Senior IT Engineer (US shift) with the following criteria's-

    Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.

    Implement and oversee Windows patch management processes.

    Configure and manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and other networking components.

    Comfortably work in the US shift to support global operations.

    Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, On-prem Exchange, and Intune services.

    Experience in Azure AD migration projects and Exchange migrations.

    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server infrastructure and networking.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.

    Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

    Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

    Skills and Competencies:

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in system administration and network management.

    Proficient in Windows Server administration and patch management.

    Strong understanding of networking concepts and firewall configurations.

    Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, On-prem Exchange, and Intune administration.

    Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.

    Proficient in English writing and speaking
