Senior & Junior UI/UX Designer (Onsite-Ahmedabad)

Profile Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team.

You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences across our digital products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into exceptional design solutions.

Your expertise and creative vision will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and driving the success of our digital products.

Skills:

UI Design, UX Design, Figma & Sketch/Adobe XD, (Visual - Web - App Design), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Usability Testing.

Essential Responsibilities:

Working in Figma to design beautiful and intuitive user interfaces across both web and mobile platforms
Creating a polished, intuitive and accessible user experience.
Shape our design systems and style guidelines
Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion
Iterating on product design features following customer feedback
Able to demonstrate skills via a portfolio of work showcasing skills in typography, interaction and usercentered visual design excellence.
Able to ensure the quality and consistency of visual design throughout all phases of your projects
An excellent communicator who is able to explain their thinking and design decisions naturally able to get people along on the journey with you
Experienced in creating and maintaining componentbased design systems

Desired Specifications & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Figma & Sketch / Adobe XD
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Experience with responsive and mobilefirst design principles.
Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX designs.
Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
