    Join our dynamic Digital organization as part of the Enterprise application team based in Chennai. Collaborate closely with our Business and techno-functional consultants, ERPs, and Solution Architects.

    Role

    As a seasoned Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a specialist offering expertise in cloud-based applications such as Certa, Sphera Ariba, Workday, Egencia, and Integrated Logistics systems. Your role involves collaborating across various business functions like supply chain, sustainability, HSE, and HR.

    More details about the role involves managing enterprise application systems, working with hosting partners, and ensuring a stable application environment.

    As our new Senior Business Analyst, you'll also have the chance to apply your project management skills to identify process enhancements, address issues, and improve cost efficiency. Offering guidance and leadership within your area is a key aspect of the role.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Lead requirements analysis and verification
    • Translate business requirements into functional designs and propose solutions
    • Track requirements status and communicate updates to the Project PMO
    • Provide input to the techno-functional team for development
    • Participate in Implementation and Rollout projects
    • Collaborate with shared services to document processes, design integrations, and conduct comprehensive testing
    • Handle SIT and UAT
    • Address defects/incidents and offer solutions
    • Develop training materials and support trainers

    What You Bring

    • Strong background in SCM, HR, HSE, and customer engagement
    • Hands-on experience with systems like Certa, Sphera Ariba, Workday, Egencia
    • Knowledge of ERPs including Oracle EBS R12, Epicor, and Dynamics
    • Understanding of integration platforms like IIB and Talend
    • Excellent communication skills for diverse teams
    • Experience in creating Cut-over plans for new applications
    • Business acumen and ability to build cross-functional relationships
    • Strong process understanding and focus

    Education Qualification

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields

    Experience

    Minimum of 10 years in a relevant role
