    Description

    We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive the successful delivery of software solutions for our clients. As a Senior Business Analyst or Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients and contribute to their overall success.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
    • Translate business requirements into detailed business process requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
    • Work closely with product managers, software developers, and QA engineers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams during the software implementation
    • Participate in all phases of the project, including planning, requirements gathering, specification, configuration, testing, master data creation, training and deployment
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs
    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and recommending solutions
    • Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to business analysis

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (for Senior Business Analyst position)
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (for a Business Analyst position)
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering software solutions
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise requirements
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
    • Knowledge of SDLC and software testing processes
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables
    • B.E. or B.Tech in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, etc.
