Description
Need a Extended development center manager to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks

and larger plans. Who can manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress to all

team members.

EDC manager responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities, and

Managers and Project Coordinators, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Ultimately, it need to be ensured our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and

within budget.


EDC Manager Responsibilities:


  • Handle a team of 1520 members on their Client projects and their people management.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure ontime delivery of highquality projects.
  • Coordinate with US clients for any resource requirements, agreements & escalations.
  • Work with the Talent acquisition team to hire the best resources on time and help in their onboarding.
  • Work on Contracts, agreements and invoices.
  • Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
  • Handson experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Trello or Microsoft Project)
  • Solid organization and timemanagement skills
  • Team spirit
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in related field required, supervisory experience will be preferred.

Salary:
Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
