Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Conduct a demo with clear date and time.
  • Explain products or services to potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Follow up with customers to maintain proper touch and engagement.
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
  • Meet lead generation and appointment setting goals set by HOD.

Key Requirements;

  • Prior experience as a tele caller or similar sales role will be added advantage
  • Fast Learner and Ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6 Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.


  • If required. He/ She Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
