Job Title:
TeleSales Executive
Sales Focus
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods.
- Present and promote our products to prospective clients.
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize the sales process.
Communication Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all existing customers and prospect customer
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly explain the customer about the new product launch.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in Ecommerce business of electronic appliances and personal care products.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:
