Job Title:
TeleSales Executive

Sales Focus

Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods.
Present and promote our products to prospective clients.
Clearly articulate the unique value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize the sales process.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all existing customers and prospect customer
Excellent documentation skills
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly explain the customer about the new product launch.
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in Ecommerce business of electronic appliances and personal care products.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
