    Requirement

    Frontend:
    Microsoft Power BI, Visualisation, DAX


    Backend:
    Databases (e


    g:
    SQL Server OR Oracle) OR Datawarehouse (e.g. SQL Server DW)

    Maintenance:
    Help troubleshoot and fix production issues.

    Documentation:
    Create and maintain various technical documents.


    • Agile
    o Scrum ceremonies – As a scrum member, knowledge and participation in planning, daily scrums, demo, and retrospective.
    o Understanding requirements and raising queries.
    o XP - Version / Source control, code review, unit, and developer testing.

    Requirements

    Experience: - 7 years of relevant experience

    Education:
    B Tech / BE / MCA preferred


    • Communication
    o Good verbal and written communication in English.
    o Interaction with North America / Europe clients during flexible hours.
    o Team player who can effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders like Client team, QA, Product, DevOps.


    • Technical mentor
    o Lead and guide junior team members.
    o Provide training and support to new team members and other stakeholders.


    Preferred:

    • Any experience on Tableau / Looker / Qliksense or any other BI and Analytics technology
    • ETL / ELT experience using Microsoft SSIS / Azure Data Factory / Databricks or any other technology.
    • DevOps / Cloud - Any experience is plus.
    • Learn - Passionate about technology and should be willing to quickly learn new technologies and deliver

    SKILLS:
    Proven experience in IT management or a related role. Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

    Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in using bid management software & tools such as:
    , , , Qualifications: Graduation – Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Marketing).
    • Experience - 1+ years (in relevant domain & technical background) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
