Description

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to work on-site in our new Mumbai facility, supporting Artists across a range of exciting projects.

As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will report directly to, and work with our current IT support team and Head of IT.

You will join the Jellyfish IT team at a time when Jellyfish Pictures is expanding and taking on new exciting high-profile projects delivering first class content to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for responding to IT tickets raised by artists and communicating progress and time to resolution on tickets
Active Directory user account creation.
Resolving user issues quickly and efficiently ensuring software, plugins are installed.
Setting up workstations, keyboard, mice, monitors, other bespoke artist kit (cintiqs etc)
Regularly carrying out an IT inventory of hardware.
Ensuring security compliance at all times
Network fault finding and diagnostics
With guidance, network cabling and patching
Installing printers and Wacom tablet.

This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of duties.

The need for flexibility is required and the post holder is expected to carry out any other related duties that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

Requirements:

Must have experience supporting Windows 10 Pro
Customer support experience strongly preferred
