Job Overview:
Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and other financial information in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget/forecast and provide variance analysis.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing revenue and cost trends, and preparing financial reports for senior management.

Cash Management: Manage daily cash flow, including monitoring bank balances, preparing cash forecasts, and initiating wire transfers.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.

Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including sales tax, use tax, and business property tax.

Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and other support documentation for financial audits.
Work with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Ad-hoc Projects:Support special projects and other initiatives as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 23 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Detailoriented and organized.
Location:

Working hours:9 to 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
