Customer Care Executive - Navi Mumbai, India - Hexaware BPS
Description
**Experience:- ** Greater than 1 years of experience in customer service or handling internal and external customers
**Shifts:
- ** UK Shift
**Working Days:
- ** 5 days working ( Sat-Sun fixed off)
**Education:
- **Mandatory General Education Degree
Customer Focus:
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
- Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are delivered to their satisfaction
Responsibilities / Skills:
- Good Typing speed. Preferred 4060 words per minute
- Interfacing with Quality analyst and product team for quick resolution of customer issues, close loop the resolution with the customer.
- Manages tools, processes, reporting, staffing, templates, documentation, and training
- Help-Center content and templates administration
- Respond to user reviews on App Stores and consumer forums and improve App store ratings
- Handle payment/refund cases including chargeback
- Capture VOC received basis the complaints received at the touchpoints
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Salary:
₹10, ₹400,000.00 per month
