    KeyQualifications:

    1. Proficientin .NET Core (version 5 or higher).
    2. Strongexpertise in C# programming.
    3. Extensiveexperience with ADO.NET for dataaccess.
    4. Indepth knowledge of MVCarchitecture
    5. Skilled in developing WebAPIs.
    6. Proficiency in working with JSONdata.
    7. Proven leadership and mentoringabilities.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Leadand mentor a team of developers.
    2. Architectdesign and develop .NET Coreapplications.
    3. Ensure highquality code throughcode reviews and best practices.
    4. Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to deliverprojects.
    5. Stay uptodate with industry trendsand technologies.
    6. Drive technical innovationandproblemsolving.

    CoreResponsibilities:

    1. Identifysystem requirements for new or/and existingapplications

    2. Monitor daily operations andaddress potential issues

    3. Participate andcontribute to Architecture and DesignSolutions.

    4. Lead team Developers to meet thedeliverables

    5. Design Develop Unit Test anddocument code according to the requirements of theproject

    6. Conduct code review of juniormembers

    7. Ability to work independently as wellas collaboratively with internal and externalstakeholders.

    8. Develop maintain and supportprograms/tools for internal and externalcustomers

    9. Ensures work items are according tocoding and other standards

    10. Create wireframesand diagrams for project components

    11. Ensureour software documents are up to date

    12. Performroot cause analysis for critical issues

    13.Recognizes difficult situations and works to manage potentialconflicts

    14. Contributes to development of workplans for components of engagements

    15. Designimplement and amp;amp; deploy applications on UAT / Productionmachine

    16. Ensure the application / databasebackups are up to date

    17. Communicateseffectively with client team members. Presents and discusses workresults clearly.

    12. Assists in interviewingcandidates organizing university recruiting and jobfairs

    13. Acquires industry certifications in thearea of choice of both himself as an individual and also that ofthe

    organization

    Requirements:

    TechnicalSkillset:

    1. Strong technicalknowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as ASP.NET 4.X and above.Net Core

    C#.Net ADO.Net MVC JSON and WebApi

    2. Experience in creating database schemausing SQL Server 2014 and above. knowledge on MongoDBor

    Cosmos DB is a plus

    3.Exposure to Microsoft Azure is mandatory

    4.Strong technical knowledge on scripting languages like JavascriptJQuery HTML5 and CSS3

    5. Better understanding ofAgile methodologies and of DevOps integration

    6.Strong knowledge in design patterns and principles and bestpractices

    7. Experience in code versioning toolslike Git TFS BitBucket etc

    8. Strong in IIS 7.Xor above

    9. Experience in Session ManagementException Handling and amp;amp; Logging IOC andDI

    10. Work experience with Repository PatternUnit of Works and Microservices pattern is aplus

    11. Experience in automation testing usingselenium TestNg is a plus

    Knowledgeof Tools

    1. Knowledge of tools:Visual Studio 2015 or higher VS Code SSMS GIT/TFS Windows 7 orhigher

    2. Knowledge on technologies like ServiceBus Blob Microservices Cosmos db etc.

    3.Knowledge of any modeling tool like MS Visioetc.

    4. Strong in OWASP 10 bestpractices

    5. Knowledge of API testing tools likePostman Swaggeretc.
