    Description
    List of responsibilities for the Team Member:
    • Preventive Maintenance of various equipment such as Weld Equipments, Spot Stud & Sealer Robots, Material Handling systems, Body lifters, Conveyor & Transfer systems, Jigs & Fixtures, Hoist & Hangers, hemming machine, Portable Weld guns, Sealer dispensers.
    • Troubleshoot and Replace parts including PLCs, Inverters, Servo Drives, etc.
    • Carry out parts replacement including Motor, Gearbox, Chain, bearings, etc.
    • Perform Overhauling of Robots both Mechanical and Electrical parts.
    • Manage and control Automated / Robotic Weld Line ensuring Quality standards.
    • Conduct Vibration and Chain elongation analysis for Drives, making informed judgements.
    Key competencies required for this role:
    • Plan and execute Preventive, Breakdown, and Predictive Maintenance procedures effectively.
    • Demonstrate knowledge in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC (Omron / Mitsubishi), Robot technology, Spot/Sealer/Material Handling/Stud welding (Nachi & Kawasaki).
    • Understanding of IT networking for Equipments including Ethernet LAN, FL NetCCLink.
    • Familiarity with the latest Digital technologies such as Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi, Data transfer mechanisms.
    • Possess strong communication skills and Leadership qualities to effectively lead a team of Technicians.
    • Experience in Budgeting, Spares Planning, Procurement, Inventory management, and SAP system.
    • Embrace a Kaizen Mindset to drive continuous Innovations towards Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost-efficiency.
