Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries on phone.

2 Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.

3 Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.

4 Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.

5 Asking questions about the problem and explaining possible solutions

6 Dealing with problems for hardware, such as servers, computers and printers, and software programs


Qualifications :
