We are Hiring for Customer Care Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Calling active and budding clients, Inbound and Outbound process.
  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Regular following up with the customer.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.

  • Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining
reports.

  • Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • At least 13 years of experience required in Tele-Sales, Telemarketer or a similar role in the sales
Department.

  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Should be well versed in English and Hindi both.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills.
  • Hardworking individual.
  • Ability to handle pressure.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
