Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealership coordination and communication.
- Overall acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones / lost customers
- Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales as well as the expenses for the new and used vehicle sales.
- Responsible for handling existing and new customers, work out the products costing and price negotiation.
- Handling the team of Sales Manager, Team Leaders, Sales Consultants and Support Staff.
- Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of customer complaints related to sales department.
- Analyzing market research and competition strategy analysis and providing critical inputs to management for better decision making.
- Managing customer relationship
- Exposure to sales/ receivables/ monitoring customer schedules as per the sales plan.
- Conducting sales training for improving sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
- Monthly/ Fortnightly/ Weekly MIS management
Requirements and skills
- Minimum Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Minimum 6 to 10 years of Experience in two wheeler segment:
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

₹420, ₹480,000.00 per year
