Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV.
To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.
Customer service with support of service team.
ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.
Display & merchandise
Competition information
Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution
Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.
