    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
    2. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Unacademy's brand objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels.
    3. Copywriting Excellence: Bring hands-on copywriting experience to the role, setting the standard for compelling and engaging copy across various marketing channels.
    4. Social Media Management: Oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategies and objectives.
    5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to integrate content and social media plans into larger marketing initiatives.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation and social media management, with a focus on copywriting.
    2. Strategic Thinker: Strong understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to seamlessly integrate concepts into content and social media outreach.
    3. Creativity: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content aligns with Unacademy's brand identity.
