POSITION DETAILS
To ensure complete end to end delivery of the Access Network and driving large partner and in-house teams for the execution of Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP) and In Building (IBD), Deployment & I&FR

Responsible for end to end planning, designing and creating Quality Home pass for Tata Sky Broadband within defined TAT and SLA
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of POP Infra and OSP network thru partner teams
Responsible for onboarding partner teams for OSP / IBD / INFR and O&M
Responsible for DPR (Daily progress report) monitoring and Project management
Responsible for First Time Right deployment, Acceptance test either directly or through third party agency, clearance of punch points within defined TAT
Strict adherence to safety measures
Attend and clear Fault repair or Service request arising out of Tata Sky Broadband network through partner teams within defined SLA and KPI's
Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of IBD Network through partner teams
Daily dashboard reporting, and MIS for Activations done, and Fault attended
CPE recovery from time to time for the deactivated customers through partner teams as per defined TAT and KPI's
Responsible for cross functional lead, support and follow up for customer related and all escalations if any
