Job summary
Manage the entire sales team and process from first meeting to negotiation and closure of the sale of water ionizers to builders developers architects kitchen designers interior designers turnkey contractors etc Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth researching planning and implementing new target market initiatives Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients Giving training to business development executives / sales executives attending conferences and industry events Visiting the client site demonstration of product presentation quotation and closure Ensuring high sales conversions is essential Should have proven track record of sales Perform look over and guide the BDE team to achieve the target Ensure sale closure invoicing and payment receipts Ensure flawless installation on site Provide sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports daily updating of CRM Communicate with service operations and accounting teams for faster resolutions smooth processing
