    Secrets Management Engineer will design, implement, and maintain our secrets management systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, experience with cloud platforms and modern secrets management tools and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop secure solutions for managing secrets (encryption keys, API credentials, certificates, etc.) across our cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Implement and maintain secrets management tool :Akeyless
  • Develop scripts, automation, and APIs to integrate secrets management with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper secrets handling and security best practices are followed.
  • Establish policies, standards, and guidelines for secrets management across the organisation.
  • Implement observability capabilities an improve service performance
  • Continuously improve secrets management processes through automation and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation of technical solutions, their mechanisms and processes, ensure it is understood by the rest of the team, perform Knowledge Transfer sessions, if needed.
  • Cooperate with vendor by defining new requirements and oversight deliverables.
  • Work with Azure key vaults, Service Principals, Azure storage accounts, Azure recovery service vaults.
  • Azure Paas and GCP knowledge required to properly support secrets in Multicloud environment.

    • Job-Related Experience

  • Azure DevOps pipeline (classic/yaml) or any other CI/CD pipeline experience that can be used for ADO
  • Azure PaaS Knowledge
  • Containers, Docker in Azure, Kubernetes (AKS or GKE), Azure Container Registry and Web app for containers
  • Automation of PaaS provisioning using REST API
  • Troubleshooting different type of issues (deployment, configuration, exceptions, monitoring) on Azure PaaS services
  • Knowledge around Secret Management (encryption keys, API credentials, certificates, and related processes)
  • GCP Experience
  • experience of Agile ways of working (Jira, Confluence)
  • Version control: GIThub
  • Experience with automation and IaC toolset Terraform,
  • Integration using REST API
  • Demonstrate good relationship building and communication skills
  • Familiarity with secrets management technologies, modern development methodologies, cryptographic principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Azure and/or GCP certifications preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience related to observability platforms and implementation
