- Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
- Solid understanding of store management procedures and best practices
- Proficient in using store management software, such as SAP or ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience in team handling and supervision is preferred
- Knowledge of SCM (Supply Chain Management) principles is a plus
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and stock movement
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock availability
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies
- Prepare and update reports on inventory and store operations
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
- Train and supervise store staff
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to meet organizational goals
