    • 5 years as an RPG Programmer, preferably in the financial services industry
    • RPG/RPGLE
    • Structured programming experience
    ● DB2 and Iseries accreditation will be preferred

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Operating system of iSeries RPG/RPGLE and DB2
    • Structured programming experience
    • System project life cycle
    • Implementer
    • Financial and economic principles
    • Employee benefits industry
    • Risk and investment products

    Key Accountabilities/KRAs/KPIs:

    • Design and develop systems on the iSeries
    • Liaise closely with the system architect to ensure that alignment with overallsystem architecture is achieved
    • Understand the overall system design and be able to estimate the impact of newrequirements
    • Develop and implement systems according to business requirements
    • Interact with IT Team members, business analysts, process owners and users togather, interpret and understand business requirements
    • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Administration system developed on theISeries.
    • Keep abreast with the latest technology development and changes in theindustry
