Labor Law and Compliance
- Advocates with 1 to 3 years labour law compliance experience or fresh law graduates who are interested in pursuing their career in compliances.
- Strong knowledge of Statutory compliance of PF, PT, ESI, LWF, CLRA and MLWF etc.
- Statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, S&E Act, Minimum Wage, Gratuity etc
- Work is mostly in Labour Law Compliance for clients mix of Large and Medium companies having locations across India.
- Fluent in drafting response to notices, thorough knowledge of labour laws and representing clients at various labour departments for registration, notices closure etc.
- Basic knowledge of EPF Act, ESIC Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, Employment Exchange Act, Apprenticeship Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act, BOCW Act, Employment Exchange (CNV) Act.
- Good communication skills, Managing client servicing, Representation in Labor Departments,
- Willingness to Travel
Salary:
₹360, ₹500,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
