Description

Peogi Technology, a leading provider of computer and network security solutions, is seeking a Ticket Executive Customer Service WFH to join their team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely assistance and resolving their queries.

You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This is a work from home position.


We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals who possess excellent communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Understanding customer needs and helping them navigate our products and solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Processing customer orders and providing status updates
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure their queries have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Providing feedback to the sales and technical teams to improve our products and services

Requirements:


  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home.
