Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Legal Counsel to join our team.

As a Virtual Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support in the areas of legal compliance, contract drafting and trademark filing.

You will work remotely, leveraging technology to communicate and collaborate with our team.

Responsibilities:

Taking brief and provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters related to compliances, regulations, contract drafting and trademark filing.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop, review, and update legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure legal compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions.
Liaise with external legal advisors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies on legal matters and represent the organization's interests.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments, new laws, and regulations that may impact the organization's operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution. A master's degree will be a plus.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the areas of legal compliance, liaison, and IPR/ Trademark filing.
Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
Strong knowledge of Factories Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Legal Metrology Act, FSSAI, Labour law. Must have experience in liaisoning, compliances and litigation.
Excellent research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating selfmotivation and time management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in handling litigation matters and representing organizations in legal proceedings.
Proficient in using legal research tools and technology for virtual collaboration.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per month
