    TerritoryManager will be responsible for managing product portfolioachieving sales targets and growing the business within customersin a designated territory/area.

    He / She must possess and applydetailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of clientsbusiness to introduce new products/services to clients and generaterepeat sales of existing products.

    He / She must also refer salesleads customer feedback and information on competitor activity toappropriate contacts within the organization so that they canrespond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

    This job description will bereviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Establish develop and maintainrelationships with existing and new customers that can benefit fromARDx products after assessing their needs purchasing method andfrequency of contact preferences
    Develop and execute plans to meet established sales goals andobjectives while maintaining territorybudget
    Complete planned customervisits to make sales presentations to existing and prospectivecustomers provides information and support calculates and quotesprices takes orders and closes sales
    Provides industry and productknowledge to customers on segment specific value propositions andhelps customize the existing product portfolio to their needs withsolution sales techniques
    Assistmarketing and sales management in the development andimplementation of new sales strategies tactics and tools for newmarket opportunities
    Monitorperformance against objectives and performs analysis on territoryopportunities to develop customer and product forecasts
    Monitor market customer andcompetitor trends and advise management on methods to improvecompany competitiveness
    Managerelationships with distributors and channel partners so that theypromote ARDx
    products to theclients

    BASICQUALIFICATIONS


    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor s degree orequivalent
    35 years ofsuccessful medical sales in Medical Devices Industry

    PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

    Goodwritten and verbal skills
    Goodinterpersonal and relationship managementskills


    Experience& Skills:
    Minimum of 2-3 years work experience Ability tocommunicate strongly Hindi and English Deep knowledge of applicablelaw Individual must be able to work under pressure and deliver ashe/she may need to work on multiple agreements/tasks at one timeHigh levels of organization (being organized) is required for thisrole Previous FMCG, healthcare or consumer packaged foods ispreferred
