CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSOCIATE
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Gurugram. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, assisting with product recommendations, and promoting sales through effective communication, outbound calling, outbound Sales, Tele sales will be involved with requirement of excellent English communication.

  • Effective communication skills ( English)
  • Experience in sales or a customerfacing role
  • Flexible to work with rotational week offs
  • Ability to work in a team
