- Collaborate with the in-house team to devise creative solutions and craft winning proposals.
- Acquire new clients across corporate and government events, managing the entire sales cycle while nurturing existing relationships.
- Assume ownership of existing and potential accounts, addressing client queries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets for self and the team.
- Strategize and execute events with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end processes, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and gathering customer feedback.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met to client satisfaction.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, along with weekly and monthly projections.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, particularly in the events industry.
- Strong network and experience in both corporate and government sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to decipher client requirements effectively.
