    KeyAccountabilities

    Executeday to day customer master data queries and activities:

    Provide site master data support for set up transfersand retirement of sites
    o Retail site set ups.
    o Amendment of site details
    o Coordinationwith Terminal Partners
    o Analysis of Data andexecution

    Maintaining strong relationshipswith business function

    Ensure data input isconsistent with the data standards and meets the required levels ofcompleteness

    Run Data performance reportsfor the key quality measures of completeness consistency uniquenessaccuracy and participate on operations meetings on SLA agreementsand KPI measures

    Ensure the integrity ofdata input is consistent with the data standards and meets therequired levels of completeness. Execute sustainable data qualityimprovement plans that aligns to data policies andstandards.

    Run Data performance reports forthe key quality measures of completeness consistency uniqueness andaccuracy

    Generate and analyse MDM monthlyperformance reports/statistics for key quality measures ofcompleteness consistency efficiency and accuracy.

    Identify and implement process and solutionrequirements for the master data management process

    Regularly track and resolve outstanding master datamanagement issues. Based on agreed trigger points further escalateto higher levels of authority for solution or direction andfeedback

    Identify and contribute to theimprovement of defective trends or areas of process performanceweakness in the endtoend process.

    Contributetowards the data enrichment process for the Data subtower on acontinuous improvement cycle
