    Responsibilities:
    • Developand execute influencer marketing strategies to meet brandobjectives and goals.
    • Identify and recruitinfluencers who align with the brands values target audience andmarketing objectives.
    • Build and maintainrelationships with influencers negotiating contracts and agreementsas needed.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing social media PR and creative to developintegrated influencer campaigns.
    • Createcompelling briefs and content guidelines for influencers ensuringbrand consistency and messagingalignment.
    • Monitor and analyze campaignperformance metrics providing insights and recommendations foroptimization.
    • Stay uptodate with industrytrends best practices and emerging platforms to continuouslyinnovate influencer marketingstrategies.
    • Manage influencer partnershipsincluding payments product gifting and performancetracking.
    • Ensure compliance with FTC guidelinesand other relevant regulations governing influencermarketing.
    • Assist in the development ofinfluencer marketing budgets andforecasts.
