    ResponsibilityArea

    Salesand Purchase Entries:
    Accurately record all sales transactions in the accounting systemincluding invoices receipts and payments. Maintain a detailedledger for purchase transactions ensuring proper categorization anddocumentation of expenses. Reconcile salesand purchase records regularly to ensure accuracy and identify anydiscrepancies orerrors.


    Incomeand Expense Entries:
    Record income from various sources such as sales revenue servicesrendered and interest income in the accounting system. Categorize and track all expenses includingoperating expenses utilities supplies and employee salaries tomaintain accurate financial records. Prepare periodic income statements and balance sheets to analyzethe companys financial performance and monitor cash flow.


    GSTSubmission:
    Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR1 for outward suppliesand GSTR3B for monthly summary returns in compliance with GSTregulations.

    Maintain GST records anddocumentation including tax invoices input tax credit (ITC) detailsand tax payment receipts for audit and compliance purposes.

    Coordinate with the GST and external taxconsultants to ensure timely and accurate GST submissions includingreconciling GST liabilities and refunds.

    Coordinationwith CA
    Collaborate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) to provide financialdata reports and documents required for audits tax filings andfinancial analysis. Assist the CA inpreparing financial statements tax returns and other regulatoryfilings by accounting standards and legal requirements. Communicate regularly with the CA toaddress accounting issues resolve queries and implement financialmanagement and compliance recommendations.


    SalaryCalculation:
    Calculate employee salaries wages bonuses and deductions accuratelybased on company policies tax regulations and payroll schedules. Prepare payroll reports including salaryslips payroll registers and tax deductions at source (TDS)statements for management review and employee distribution. Coordinate with HR and finance teams toensure timely processing of payroll including salary paymentsstatutory deductions and employeebenefits


    Jobknowledge skills and experience:
    EducationBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

    SKILLS
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonalskills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of GST regulations and taxcompliance is a plus
