1. Responsible for calculation, maintenance and monitoring of accruals and receivables.

Analyzes, reconciles, and/or evaluates the accuracy of the Revenue ledger, accounting details, revenues ensuring proper amounts and classifications.
Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly detail including any interface activity
Ensures that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting documents are prepared, reviewed, approved, and issued in a timely manner.
Assists in the preparation and analysis of the financial reports for the Administration and Departmental reporting.
Supports year-end financial statement audit by assisting in the preparation of audit work papers and schedules.
Assists field auditors with inquiries and gathering supporting documentation.
