# About the Role

This role is part of the Customer Experience team focused on payments experience.

What will you work on?

Customer Research: (30%)
Data: (30%)
Product Development: (40%)

Key Problem Statements:

Which regions should we expand our digital payment experience next and how?
How can we automate our internal financial operations to improve the customer payment experience?

# Requirements

Clear and effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders
Experience with data querying languages like SQL (Others would be a plus)
Understanding of payments and financial operations
Structured problem solver. You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently
A strong interest and understanding of the product management role
12 years of experience (any role) in tech startups (fintech would be a plus).
