- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Manage customer accounts and records, ensuring they are uptodate and accurate.
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance product offerings.
- Oversee the resolution of customer issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Work with marketing teams to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.
- Monitor CRM systems and ensure the integrity of customer data.
- Provide regular reports on customer interaction trends to the management team.
- Foster a positive relationship between the customer base and the company.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in a CRM role, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction.
- Proficient with CRM software and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and customerfacing experience.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
