    Description
    Key Job Responsibilities
    • The position focuses on designing research methodology and tools, participating in various research methodologies, managing data collection, interpreting findings, identifying market opportunities, suggesting product improvements, and testing and developing new products.
    • The position also oversees product and market development initiatives, collaborates with the marketing and internal research team, conducts stability studies, devises research methods, and prepares detailed reports.
    • The role involves managing product development and quality control, interacting with vendors, supervising quality assurance, estimating project costs, and ensuring targets are met.
    • The position works closely with the research team, ensures subordinates have research expertise, and maintains knowledge of the organization's products and strategies.
    Education & Experience
    • Experience of more than 4/6 years in FMCG/Personal Care/Skin Care/Cosmetics industries.
    • Bachelors/Masters in Pharmacy/Cosmetic Technology/Chemical/Biotechnology.
    Knowledge/Skills
    • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Project management, product development, and technical transfer activities.
    • Knowledge of packaging and raw materials impact on formulations.
    • Change control management, technical writing, GxP & quality systems, table testing.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with resources and deliver project results.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Quick learning and adapting ability.
    Must be comfortable handling products(San-nap) if required for testing, with proper PPE arrangement. Must be willing to travel to factory and other locations for work if necessary. Office Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Cab Pick and Drop Facility.
