    Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:

    Identify and pursue potential leads within the IT industry through targeted research, networking, and outreach efforts to expand the client base.


    Client Engagement:

    Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and meetings to understand their IT needs and present suitable solutions offered by SheThink Pvt Ltd.


    Relationship Building:
    Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and addressing their IT challenges effectively.

    Market Research:

    Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth in the IT sector.


    Proposal Development:

    Prepare and deliver compelling proposals customized to the specific requirements and objectives of prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of SheThink Pvt Ltd's IT solutions.


    Negotiation:

    Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure agreements that align with their needs and maximize value for both parties.


    Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure smooth delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.


    Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts, and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and outcomes.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
    Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
    Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
    Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred but not required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
