    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Manager - Engineering Design for Trane Technologies India.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical

    Years of Experience

    10-12 Years

    Functional Expertise and Leadership

    • Hands on exp in product design while working on NPD, VAVE, Design automation, Productivity and QNR projects
    • Hands on experience in managing a large team of engineers while handling their annual objectives, performance management, growth and development, employee engagement and talent review process.
    • Hands on exp working on product design software's such as Creo, Catia, with working knowledge in advanced areas such Pro-programming, AI Driven Generative design, Design for Additive manufacturing, AR Collaboration, IOT driven design
    • Complete Project coordination with Project partners, Cross functional Managers. Complete Understanding of tools and technologies used in Engineering Design. Performs Design reviews and mentors Design Engineers. Consistently delivers high-quality Design deliverables.
    • Hands on exp working on PLM processes and tools such as Windchill.
    • Someone with a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies wrt Engineering design and help in designing strategies for future road map.
    • Inspire, lead a team of engineers managing quality, on time delivery, cost, milestones, engineering processes, productivity projects and innovation.
    • Proficient in English, both written and spoken and skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
    • Demonstrable leadership skills, professional and positive approach, diligent with attention to detail, team player and able to work on own initiative, assertive, adaptable, creative and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
    • Good to have - Hands on experience and working knowledge with Mechanical Engineering Design while Integrating advanced capabilities such as MBD - Model-based definition with hands on working knowledge of PMI – Product manufacturing information, complete understanding of automating workflows and reducing manual work and re-work.
