Job Description:

Independent handling of design activities.
Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
Managing parts and assembly and in team center
Creating base design and its variants
Concept generation and evaluation
Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
Good understanding and hold on BES-PE.
Single point of contact for Project / task with PS/EMP-NA.

Required skills:

Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, postprocessing techniques.
Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation in UG.
Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stackup
Ability to interact with Crossfunctional teams
Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BOM.
Know how on BES-PE would be preferred.
