    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Patient Relationship Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Patient Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our patients in the field of cosmetology. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employee count of 2-10. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the cosmetology industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients.
    • Knowledge of cosmetology treatments and procedures.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients in the field of cosmetology.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle patient queries and concerns.
    • Provide information and guidance to patients regarding cosmetology treatments and procedures.
    • Coordinate with doctors and cosmetic professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
    • Monitor patient feedback and take necessary actions to improve patient experience.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop patient engagement strategies.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of cosmetology.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards.
