In addition, the Company has embedded the SDGs in its strategy and ambition with the aim to ensure that KPIs which have been developed on Sustainability are being implemented in each country where the Company operates.

Hence it becomes critical to monitor, audit and report this function to ensure the programs are measurable and have a strong impact on the society and the image of the Company.

• Your missions will be:
• Contribute to develop the sustainability roadmap and implementation of TotalEnergies activities in India;
• Track, monitor, evaluate and report on the Company's sustainability performance in India with a special focus on the global KPIs set by each branch in the country;
• Contribute to identifying the entities Human Rights salient risks, their evolution over time and along the activities and contribute to define a roadmap of best practices implementation;
• Evaluate, monitor, audit and report on the CSR activities of the Company;
• Conduct impact assessments on the programs deployed in the Country ( baseline and endline study);
• Focal point for execution of CSR programs with NGOs, Consultants, TotalEnergies Foundation;
• Competition Research for sustainability trends and initiatives in the Country and advice on the same;
• Be an interlocutor of the Human Rights teams (HQ and GRP) for all Human Rights matters within the entity;
• Contribute to develop and implement a sustainability roadmap (including on human rights) for TotalEnergies activities in India based on the Company's strategy and ambition;
• Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of sustainability initiatives and programs across the Company;
• Liaise with all the business units in the Country to track the Sustainability KPI's (SustainabALL) and generate a quarterly report for the Country Chair;
• Brainstorm and identify creative ways for the company to balance business obligations with societal and environmental;
• Liaise with Human Rights Teams and work closely with them to ensure that at local level Human Rights clauses are inserted in the project's documentation and report on any negotiation points relating to such Human Right clauses to seek for support;
• Collect and analyze companywide data on sustainability initiatives and programs and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to provide senior management with relevant analysis and recommendations on sustainability programs and reporting;

• Public Affairs, Comm & CSR on development of the CSR plan for the Company and monitor impactful utilization of CSR funds in line with the local needs of the Country and the pillars of TotalEnergies Foundation;
• Carry out the baseline and endline studies for the CSR programs of TotalEnergies in India (wholly owned subsidiaries);
• Monitor and audit the execution of the Sustainability and CSR programs and generate reports to be presented to the Board;
• Design and develop communication assets for relevant societal messaging in liaison with the Corporate Communication team;
• Identify relevant publications and platforms to recognize and promote the sustainability initiatives of TotalEnergies in the Country;
• Work closely with the VP and Country Chair to build stakeholder engagements around the topic of Sustainability and participate in the development of a sustainability communication strategy;
• Maintain current working knowledge, of all local, state, federal, and internal regulations for CSR /Sustainability in the Country of, and ensure compliance thereof;
• Ensure all Sustainability and CSR programs are duly developed, implemented, audited and reported;
• Focal point for ensuring coordination among all the actors in the Sustainable Development ecosystem (internal and external);
• Contribute to disseminating the rules of the Company in the field of Human Rights;
• Human Rights PoC of the entity with regards to internal audits and assessments related to Human Rights (as applicable.

• Master degree in Business administration, Social Science, Developmental Economics or audit
  Technical skills:
• Certifications on Sustainability / CSR
• Ability to analyze, audit and report environmental and societal projects
  Computing skills:
• Knowledge of Pack Office
