Job Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels. Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.


Job Description:


  • Provide superior Customer Experience on Video Call/Call.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Follow the company's communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
  • Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Only Graduate pass can apply.
  • Required 1 year of sales in ED-TECH Background.
  • Good Communication Required.
  • Rotational Shifts.
  • 6 days working 1 week off.

Salary:
INR (per month)

20k ctc to 30k ctc


Working mode:
Work from Office


Location:
Gurugram

Plot no. 86, Phase 4, Sector 18, Udyog vihar, Gurugram.


Salary:
₹20,000.00 per month
