    Overview:

    As the VP Sales, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the sales operations to meet revenue targets and drive business growth in different vertical of the company. You will provide strategic direction, manage key client relationships, building new markets and ensure the sales team performs at its best.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
