Qualifications

  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
