The Enterprise Architect:

defines the architecture for a Technology Area, plan the architectural runway to support upcoming sprints, design/evaluate solutions and provide technical expertise to squads

qualify architectural decisions, constraints and patterns adopted within the products delivered by our squads and ensure alignment/reusability and scalability across Tribes.

Educational Background (if required)

Graduate with 5-8 years in Technology solutions design
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Certifications - TOGAF, ITIL

Essential skills
Evaluated and presented solution options to meet business needs
Designed a Solution/Infrastructure Architecture to realise customer outcomes
Defined or supported the use of architectural guardrails and patterns
Collaborated with engineering teams to solve technology issues and make technology decisions
Successfully built a network of strong relationships and influenced key stakeholders
Commercial & Business Acumen Strategic Planning & Investment
Able to see the big picture.
Strategic,analytical and consulting skills
Work closely with stakeholders, vendors and partners to drive customer outcomes
Provide input into business case development.
Understand trade-offs between different priorities & opportunities
Architecture Skills & Ability to Translate Business Requirements to Technology Requirements
Able to learn,adapt and interpret backlog items & squad deliverables to ensure key outcomes will be achieved
Collaboratively design solutions with squads.
Make architecture recommendations in support of IT asset lifecycle management
Understand roadmap within broader strategic initiatives to breakdown problems and opportunities into deliverable outcomes
Influence,Negotiation,Communication.
Willing to cross boundaries to achieve outcomes
Influence,collaborate and negotiate with tribe stakeholders to inform their decision making.
Strong presentation,oral and written skills

Domain & Industry Knowledge & Expertise
Understand systems landscape across the Risk value-chain.
In-depth Risk Technology Area knowledge and systems expertise
Understands compliance and regulatory impacts to proposed solutions
Active interest in emerging technologies and scanning the market for tech opportunitiesSolution Skills
Develop data flow and integration models.
Understands Security control requirements

Leadership Skills
Ability to act as a Chapter Lead when required.
Coach,guide and develop people to build competency in architecture

Relevant Experiences
Experience within the Credit Life Cycle (Origination,Collections,Portfolio Management)

Soft Skills
Counsel and Guidance - Providing advice,recommendations and thought leadership,based on expertise and experience,to address needs.
Relationship Management - Building,maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Desired Skills
Strategy Development-Creating a purpose,mission or plan to achieve long term goals and objectives.
This might include strategy relating to customers, roadmaps,workforce,segments,brand etc.
Solution Design-Designing technical and non-technical solutions to resolve a problem or meet a customer need.
