What are we hiring for?

We're hiring 'Executives' and 'Analysts' in the international divisions for handling projects in Financial accounting, planning and compliances.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for motivated professionals to work as Project Managers with high accountability towards work and client management skills.

Qualifications:
B.Com Graduates

What skills do we require?

Our requirements include the following key abilities:

Organisational skills for managing projects and teams: Active liaison with team members, support to the Manager and Clients is required.

Polished communication skills:

To be able to interact with business owners about day-today requirements, translate requirements to the team and address queries as required.

Problem solving abilities:
Consulting with international SMEs requires understanding the client needs and accordingly reaching a solution.

Understanding of Accounting Principles and concepts: Finalisation and Report preparation on a regular and periodical basis. Understands taxes, AR, AP, monthly close and related concepts. Knowledge of the relevant GAAP would be preferable but not a prerequisite.

Good communication skills:
To be able to interact with business owners about day-to-day requirements and translate requirements to the team.

High accountability for deliverables:

Can carry out tasks within a given timeframe and can independently take responsibility towards ensuring accuracy and completeness of team deliverables.

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
