Job Brief:

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize scripted content to contact potential or existing customers, informing them about our services
  • Address customer inquiries regarding services or the company
  • Pose relevant questions to understand customer requirements and successfully close sales
  • Follow up by inviting customers to visit the centre and personally assist in closing the sale
  • Maintain an updated customer database by entering relevant information
  • Go the extra mile to achieve sales quotas and lay the groundwork for future sales
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting valuable information

Requirements and Skills:


  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, preferably via phone
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to acquire knowledge about our services and effectively communicate their features to prospects
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain composed and handle rejection
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to address issues and resolve complaints
  • Preferred experience in the hospitality or sports sector
  • Bachelor's degree in any field

Work Timings: 9am to 6pm or 10 am to 7 pm


Experience:


  • Cold calling: 3 years (required)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

  • Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- sales representative: 3 years (preferred)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹300,000.00 per month
