- Placing the customer at the center of all operational activities and striving to meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes understanding customer needs, gathering feedback, and adapting processes accordingly.
- Leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain project tracking systems, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) as guiding beacons.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the design and build phases.
- Implement best practices and standardize project management processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Utilizing technology and automation tools to streamline and optimize processes, reduce manual work, and enhance efficiency.
- Keep a watchful eye on project expenditures to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Seek opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency enhancements to maximize value.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Project management certification (PMP,) is advantageous.
- SCRUM Master certification is preferred, if not should be willing to take it up.
- Proven track record in project management, particularly within the realm of design and build.
- Strong command of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving acumen, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A leadership mindset and the ability to foster collaboration within project teams.
