    Job Description:

    Shree milan steel industries, a verified employer, is seeking candidates to join us as Telecallers in Chennai. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services

    Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information or solutions

    Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner

    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills

    Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively engage with customers

    Document customer interactions and update the CRM system with accurate information

    Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and customer conversion

    Collaborate with team members and provide support when needed

    Requirements:

    Education: 10th Standard / SSLC or equivalent

    Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply

    Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible

    Skills Required:

    Excellent communication skills in the local language

    Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize and provide solutions

    Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections

    Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

    Salary and Benefits:

    The salary for the Telecaller position ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and performance. Incentives may be provided based on achieving targets.

    Job Type and Work Schedule:

    This is a full-time position with 6 working days per week. The shift is during the night.

    Other Requirements:

    Valid Aadhaar Card and Bank Proof are mandatory for verification purposes.
