Job Title:
Tele Calling Executive
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients and pitching them products, services or offers.
- Receiving inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries, concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions and feedback, as well as updating relevant databases or CRM systems.
- Following up with customers on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and build longterm relationships.
- Meeting individual and team targets for sales, customer retention, and other KPIs.
- Adhering to company policies and guidelines, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Schedule client appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Collaborating with other departments or teams to resolve complex customer issues or complaints.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is preferred
- Looking for immediate joiners
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹100, ₹250,000.00 per year
